CTP completed and delivered a 9,500-sqm built-to-suit production facility for DEHN at CTPark Pitești in Romania.
DEHN started manufacturing operations at the site, marking its first production facility in Romania.
The project was launched in summer 2025; the facility is expected to create up to 150 jobs.
CTPark Pitești totals about 80,000 sqm of industrial space following the delivery.
