Operating expenses more than doubled to $803,000, led by officers’ compensation of $657,000 and professional services of $104,000.
Other expenses were $21,000, reflecting interest expense of $3,000 and an $18,000 derivative warrants fair-value loss.
Six-month loss deepens and liquidity remains strained
For the six months, net loss widened to $1.39 million from $21,000; operating expenses climbed 88.39% to $1.14 million.
Liquidity remained strained with $800 cash, a $4.3 million working-capital deficit, and an accumulated deficit of about $61.21 million.
