- U Power will consolidate its ordinary shares 20-for-1, effective at the open on Sept. 9, 2026.
- Class A ordinary shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under “UCAR” under new CUSIP G9520U132.
- Fractional shares will be rounded up to the next whole share, with no cash paid for fractions.
