Cullinan, Taiho say zipalertinib plus chemo lifts median PFS by 6 months in Phase 3 REZILIENT3 trial
CGEM•Phase 3 REZILIENT3 results
Cullinan Therapeutics announced interim Phase 3 REZILIENT3 results for zipalertinib with platinum chemotherapy in first-line EGFR exon 20 insertion NSCLC.
Data were already presented at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer in Seoul.
The trial met its main goal, showing meaningfully longer disease control versus chemotherapy alone, supporting a potential shift in first-line treatment.
Survival follow-up and safety
Early survival follow-up trended in favor of the zipalertinib regimen, with continued monitoring underway.
Safety looked broadly consistent with known profiles, with more severe side effects mainly tied to manageable blood-related toxicities.
