Curaleaf acquires equity stake in New Jersey dispensary Boone Town Provisions

Curaleaf acquired an equity stake and certain operating rights in Boone Town Provisions, a dispensary in Boonton, New Jersey. The acquisition brings Curaleaf’s New Jersey dispensary count to four and its nationwide total to 191; the location is expected to be immediately accretive to its New Jersey business.
