Curaleaf enhances offer to acquire Aurora Cannabis
Curaleaf raised its cash consideration by 33% to $1 per Aurora share, offered 0.4013 Curaleaf shares per share with a $6 cap price, and extended the offer to Dec. 4, 2026.
1. Enhanced offer terms
Curaleaf said Aurora shareholders would receive 0.4013 Curaleaf shares per share, subject to a US$6.00 cap price, plus US$1.00 in cash per Aurora share. Curaleaf urged Aurora’s board to discuss the enhanced offer and extended its expiry to Dec. 4, 2026.
