- The exchange ratio is capped at a maximum value of US$5 per Aurora share, using a 20-day VWAP-based adjustment mechanism.
- The bid is open until 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Dec. 1, 2026, subject to minimum tender conditions and customary approvals.
