Cushman & Wakefield was hired as exclusive leasing broker for GO Industrial’s 1,100,500-sf Phoenix industrial project at 9797 W. Buckeye Road.
Construction has started; delivery is slated for Q2 2027.
The property will be marketed for lease or sale; the developer calls it the only current 1 million-sf opportunity in the Phoenix market.
