Trident Digital Tech Holdings signed a definitive 50/50 joint venture with Digital Innovations Group to deploy the IRMA AI Engine across Asia, the Middle East, Africa.
Singapore-based IRMA Asia Pte. Ltd. will commercialize the platform as IRMA Engine Asia under an exclusive, contractually fixed territory.
Initial rollout targets Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Middle East, Africa, covering about 9.4 million small and medium-sized businesses.
Commercial go-live is expected within 90 days of completion, with Singapore as regional headquarters and an India-based development and support center.
DIG retains pre-existing IRMA intellectual property; the venture will own technology and customer assets created for the joint venture and funded by Trident.
