PPCB•Phase 1b trial plans for PRP
Propanc Biopharma began finalizing plans for a first-in-human Phase 1b study of PRP in up to 40 advanced solid-tumor patients.
No clinical results were presented; initial safety and early activity findings are expected later, following trial start.
The study is designed to assess whether PRP can be given safely, while providing early signals of anti-tumor effect.
Site feasibility review and regulatory timeline
A feasibility review is underway across Australian trial centers ahead of a Clinical Trial Application targeted for Q4 2026.
Avance Clinical will lead preparatory work, a step toward initiating the multi-center trial and starting GMP manufacturing this year.
