Q2 revenue beats estimates
Curaleaf said second-quarter revenue grew 10% year over year, beating analyst expectations. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter rose to $70 million, while the margin declined to 20.6%.
Domestic and international growth
The company said U.S. segment revenue grew 7% year over year, marking a second consecutive quarter of domestic growth and reflecting its reset strategy.
International revenue rose 26% year over year, supported by the completed buyout of the remaining equity in its German subsidiary.
Retail footprint expansion and outlook
Curaleaf said it opened new dispensaries in Florida and increased its total operated and managed dispensaries to 174 during the quarter.
