2. Warrants and proceeds

Exercise prices on existing January 2026 and August 2026 warrants will be reduced to $0.60 from $15 and $1.75, respectively. Curis expects the placement to close around October 19, 2026, and plans to use the proceeds for research and operations through initial chronic lymphocytic leukemia data from 5-10 patients expected in December 2026.
