Cushman & Wakefield appointed Ben McGrath as managing director, Queensland, effective today, as it steps up investment in the state.
McGrath previously led Knight Frank’s Queensland business as managing director, held national director roles at JLL, and spent five years in China.
He most recently ran an advisory and investment management firm that founded a modular housing business focused on affordable housing supply.
The move extends a broader reshaping of the Australian leadership team as the firm targets growth in Queensland’s commercial real estate market.
