Nokia reorganizes into two main segments, shifts non-core units into Portfolio Businesses

The discontinued-operations reclassification had a minor impact on Network Infrastructure and Mobile Infrastructure due to transaction scope and centrally allocated costs.

Fixed Wireless Access CPE and Enterprise Campus Edge were classified as discontinued operations in Q2 2026 as Nokia pursues sales of both businesses.

The move followed an agreement to sell the Fixed Wireless Access CPE business; Enterprise Campus Edge is also expected to be sold.
