- Platinum Equity agreed to form Peranel, a 50/50 joint venture with Nestlé for Nestlé’s waters and premium beverages business.
- The deal assigns an enterprise value of $5.6 billion to Peranel, a standalone platform spanning more than 30 brands sold in 120 countries.
- Peranel will be headquartered in Paris and led by current business CEO Muriel Lienau.
