Europe hotel investment declines in first half of 2026
Cushman & Wakefield flagged EUR 11.7 billion in European hotel investment in H1 2026, down 9.5% year on year.
Volumes still ran nearly 20% above the 10-year H1 average, helped by selective trophy-asset deals in prime locations.
