TTE•TotalEnergies to transfer Papua LNG operatorship and cut spending
Sept. 7 (Reuters) - French oil major TotalEnergies said on Monday that it would transfer operatorship of its Papua LNG project in Papua New Guinea to ExxonMobil, cut planned capital expenditure to about $14 billion and sell a 9.1% stake to partners while retaining 20%.
