1. Site sale launched
The site at 136 Gates Road, Luddenham, is about 4.5 km from Western Sydney International Airport and sits within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis. It is flagged for a potential master-planned residential estate, subject to rezoning, infrastructure solutions, detailed design and planning approvals.
