Cushman & Wakefield to lead feasibility study for Stavian Digital Park hyperscale campus in Ho Chi Minh City
CWK•Cushman & Wakefield was appointed to lead a USTDA-backed feasibility study for Stavian Digital Park, a planned hyperscale AI and cloud campus in Ho Chi Minh City. Its master plan targets a 300-hectare site with 300 MW of power in Phase 1 by 2030 and up to 200 Tb/s of international subsea connectivity.
1. Study scope
The study will assess market demand, site suitability, power and connectivity, financial viability, sustainability, regulation and implementation. APTelecom will support telecom connectivity planning, commercialization strategy and financial modelling.
