Q2 results and operating performance
CVR Partners posted Q2 net income of USD 77.5 million, up 99.9% from a year earlier, as net sales rose 19.95% to USD 202.2 million.
Operating income climbed 83.1% to USD 84.8 million, while GAAP EBITDA increased 59.4% to USD 107.1 million.
Ammonia pricing at gate rose 33% to USD 791 per ton, while UAN increased 24% to USD 392 per ton on tight inventories tied to Middle East disruptions.
Ammonia utilization rate improved 8 percentage points to , while ammonia sales volumes fell to on an early start to spring application.
