CVRx said its board is reviewing value-maximizing options after a letter from Pointillist Family Office dated Aug. 24, 2026.
The company said the board reiterated its commitment to act in shareholders’ best interests and noted that it regularly reviews strategic alternatives.
Barostim described as differentiated and undervalued
CVRx backed Pointillist’s view that Barostim is differentiated, clinically validated, and the only approved neuromodulation therapy for heart failure.
Management said the current valuation does not fully reflect the business’s potential, while signaling confidence in growth plans and a focus on controlling expenses.
