CXApp Acquisition of EngineRoom Triples Revenue Run-Rate to $12 Million and Adds $1.6M EBITDA

EngineRoom brings $8.1 million of annualized revenue, 94% recurring, and over 50 mid-market customer relationships to accelerate commercialization of the SKY platform.
1. Acquisition Details
On June 3, CXApp completed its acquisition of EngineRoom, an AI-driven growth intelligence platform. The deal is structured to immediately increase CXApp’s annualized revenue run-rate from about $4 million to more than $12 million and to contribute approximately $1.6 million in adjusted EBITDA.
2. Revenue and Profit Impact
EngineRoom currently generates roughly $8.1 million in annualized revenue, with 94% of that revenue recurring. This addition significantly expands CXApp’s recurring revenue base and strengthens its profitability profile.
3. SKY Platform Commercialization
EngineRoom brings over 50 mid-market customer relationships and deep expertise across the Google Ads and Analytics ecosystem. CXApp will leverage these channels to deploy its Agentic AI SKY platform and future AI solutions more rapidly without building distribution from scratch.
4. Leadership and Integration
EngineRoom founder Adam Laurie will remain with the business as General Manager of CXAI EngineRoom for at least three years. He will lead integration efforts under the newly formed CXAI Australia holding company, supporting global expansion and the development of vertical AI solutions.
