Cybin outlined a corporate reorganization that will rebrand key subsidiaries under the Helus name in early January 2026.
- Cybin US Holdings will change its legal name to Helus US on Jan. 2, 2026.
- Cybin Corp. will be renamed Helus Pharma Corp. on Jan. 5, 2026.
- Cybin International Limited will become Helus International Limited on Jan. 6, 2026.
