Cycurion is restructuring to realign teams and secure $2.2 million in cost savings, and has appointed Rick Finfera as Chief Revenue Officer to drive sales. Cycurion expects its January purchase of Kustom Entertainment's video solutions unit for $6 million to $8.4 million will boost 2026 revenue by $5.1 million and deliver an $8 million contract backlog.

1. Restructuring for Efficiency

Cycurion has initiated a corporate reorganization to realign personnel, operational and administrative functions around core offerings in cloud security, AI-driven risk management and infrastructure protection. These changes are designed to enhance client engagement and service delivery while delivering approximately $2.2 million in annualized cost efficiencies.

2. Appointment of Chief Revenue Officer

As part of its growth strategy, Cycurion named Rick Finfera as Chief Revenue Officer. Finfera brings a track record in building high-performing sales organizations and will oversee the global go-to-market strategy, aiming to expand client relationships and drive sustainable top-line growth.

3. Acquisition of Video Solutions Unit

In January, Cycurion completed its purchase of Kustom Entertainment’s video-solutions division in a deal valued between $6 million and $8.4 million, funded with cash and preferred stock. The transaction is projected to add $5.1 million to 2026 revenue and contribute an $8 million backlog, bolstering the company’s recurring revenue model.
