1. Record Enterprise Expansion

Cyngn set a new record as existing enterprise and Fortune 100 customers expanded their DriveMod Tugger deployments, adding vehicles and extending autonomous operations across additional routes, workflows and facilities in late 2025 and early 2026. This growth underscores strong customer confidence and the operational value of modular autonomous solutions.

2. Sales and Deployment Growth

DriveMod Tugger sales tripled in 2025 compared with 2024, and current bookings indicate Q1 2026 unit sales will exceed all of last year’s volume. This surge reflects high demand for autonomous material-handling without costly infrastructure changes.

3. Autonomous Operation Increase

Total autonomous operating time across the installed base more than doubled in the second half of 2025, rising 113% as deployments moved into full production. The sharp increase highlights reliability improvements and deeper customer integration of autonomy into daily operations.

4. Technology Advancements and Applications

Cyngn enhanced its platform through simulation work with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and expanded deployments at a WEG electric motor facility. DriveMod Tuggers haul up to 12,000 lbs indoors and outdoors with a typical payback period under two years, supporting scalable industrial automation.
