CytoDyn reports 86% median ctDNA reduction at week 2 in Phase 2 colorectal cancer trial
CYDY•CytoDyn reported an 86% median reduction in ctDNA at week 2 in its Phase 2 CLOVER trial in metastatic colorectal cancer. The study enrolled 66 patients, and the combination of leronlimab, trifluridine/tipiracil and bevacizumab produced deeper blood-based tumor DNA reductions than regimens without leronlimab.
1. CLOVER trial results
CytoDyn presented updated Phase 2 CLOVER results at ESMO in Madrid on Oct. 25, 2026. The study enrolled 66 patients at seven sites between June 2025 and May 2026.
2. Treatment and safety
