Operating loss widened to $4.8 million from $1.43 million as operating expenses rose to $5 million from $2.36 million.

Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA swung to a loss of $1.33 million from positive $809,807, reflecting digital-asset losses cited in other expense.

Operationally, the fleet held at 3,085 Scrypt ASIC miners across four U.S. sites, with about 43.2 TH/s hashrate and 12.5 MW deployed power.
