DataMeds AI entered an amended LOI on July 29 to acquire or exclusively license QOLPOM-related IP assets from EOS Technology Holdings and Scilex.
The deal also contemplates buying control of Tollo Health via a membership-interest exchange with HealthBridge Advisors.
