Datasea secured initial technical service revenue through its acoustic+AI head-care robot collaboration with Yizhimei and upgraded the alliance to product commercialization and broader deployment. Devices deployed in over 50 Chinese cities across 300 service locations, with a target of expanding to 3,000 domestic and 1,500 international franchise sites.

1. Initial Revenue and Expanded Collaboration

Datasea leveraged its acoustic field regulation, algorithm optimization and system integration capabilities to provide Yizhimei with core technology enablement, resulting in initial technical service revenue. The cooperation agreement has been elevated to focus on joint R&D and product commercialization of acoustic+AI head-care robots, marking a shift from pure technology support to scalable solutions.

2. Domestic Deployment and Franchise Model

The acoustic+AI health care robots have been deployed in over 50 cities across China, operating in approximately 300 service locations offering standardized head-care services. The partners aim to replicate this success through a chain-based franchise model targeting 3,000 domestic sites, supported by equipment deployment, service systems and recurring consumables supply.

3. International Expansion and Growth Targets

Datasea and Yizhimei are advancing overseas deployment in South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia via regional partnerships. They plan to establish around 1,500 international franchise sites and develop a parallel domestic-international business structure to drive long-term scalable growth in AI health care robotics.
