Datavault AI completes acquisition of exchange operator NYIAX

Datavault AI completed its acquisition of NYIAX, adding exchange technology and blockchain settlement infrastructure to its tokenization platform.

NYIAX brings matching and order-management systems built for regulated markets, targeting secondary trading of tokenized digital assets and RWAs.

The deal adds four issued U.S. patents covering electronic trading, transfer, settlement, and lifecycle management of contract-based inventories.

Integration has been underway since a March 2025 licensing and marketing agreement; NYIAX is expected to support execution and scaling.

Nathaniel T. Bradley and Teri Gallo will lead integration, partnerships, and market development; NYIAX may propose two board candidates.
