Datavault AI launched a transferable rights offering issuing subscription rights for Common Units, each priced at USD 0.2.

• Each Common Unit bundles one common share, one Series A Right exercisable at USD 0.25, and one Series B Right at USD 0.3.
• Preferred Unit rights were also issued, priced at USD 25, each with a Series 1 Right at USD 30 and Series 2 Right at USD 35.
• The record date is set for Oct. 9, 2026, and the subscription period is expected to run about 18 trading days from launch.
• The offering targets up to USD 50 million of Common Units and up to 3,000,000 Preferred Units totaling up to USD 75 million.
