Dauch generated $1.38 billion in Q4 sales, recorded a net loss of $75.3 million (5.4% of sales) and delivered adjusted EBITDA of $169.0 million (12.2% margin). Adjusted EPS was $0.07, operating cash flow reached $120.5 million and adjusted free cash flow totaled $70.1 million.

2. Full Year 2025 Performance

For full year 2025, Dauch achieved $5.84 billion in sales, posted a net loss of $19.7 million (0.3% of sales) and reported adjusted EBITDA of $743.2 million (12.7% margin). Adjusted EPS was $0.53, operating cash flow was $411.6 million and adjusted free cash flow came in at $213.0 million.

3. 2026 Outlook and Dowlais Contribution

Dauch forecasts 2026 sales of $10.3–$10.7 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.3–$1.4 billion, including $50–$75 million in synergy benefits from the Dowlais acquisition.
