David Ellison's leadership team for new Paramount-Warner Bros Discovery
PSKY•Paramount Skydance completed its $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros Discovery on Tuesday, creating an entertainment company called Skydance. The company had named its executive team the day before the deal closed.

Paramount Skydance completed its $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros Discovery on Tuesday, ending a bidding war among several suitors. David Ellison, Paramount's chairman and CEO, led the acquisition and will lead the combined company as chairman and CEO.
2. Leadership team
Ynon Kreiz, Mattel's former CEO, will serve as co-CEO and oversee day-to-day operations. The team includes Paramount executives Andy Gordon as president and Dennis Cinelli as CFO, alongside Warner Bros Discovery executives including Casey Bloys, George Cheeks, James Gunn and Peter Safran in content and studio leadership roles.
3. News leadership
Mark Thompson will be chairman and editor-in-chief of CNN Worldwide, while Bari Weiss will be editor-in-chief of CBS News.
