August 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

France's BNP Paribas and South Korea's KB Kookmin Bank are in separate talks to acquire at least a 15% stake in Vietnam's Techcombank as strategic investors, two sources said, although BNP subsequently said it has no plans to acquire an equity stake in the lender.

Swedish miner Boliden said it had agreed to acquire all of Brazilian group Votorantim's shares in zinc and silver producer Nexa Resources, giving it a 64.68% stake, and will bid for the rest of the company.

SoftBank is in talks to buy a majority stake in OpenAI-backed humanoid robot developer 1X Technologies in a deal that would value the startup at about $6 billion, The Information reported on Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the deal.
