Aug. 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Wednesday:
- Activist investor Ancora Holdings said it has proposed to buy H.B. Fuller's Building Adhesive Solutions business for as much as $1.2 billion in cash.
- The Russian republic of Bashkortostan plans to sell the rest of its stake in oil producer Bashneft to Rosneft.
- Bank of America will invest up to 182.68 billion rupees ($1.92 billion) for a 49.9% stake in Jio Credit, a unit of Jio Financial Services, the companies said.
- Paramount Skydance is keeping all options, including a possible sale of CNN, "on the table" to resolve California's antitrust suit challenging its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery, the company's chief legal officer said.
- Goldman Sachs will acquire exchange-traded funds provider Neos Investments for as much as $2.25 billion, as the investment bank looks to bolster its presence in asset management.
- Sunstar Insurance Group has acquired RJR Faribo Insurance Agency, marking its entry into the Minnesota market and expanding its Midwest presence.
- Philippines' First Gen Corp said that global investment firm KKR has offered to buy 8.43% of the shares held by First Philippine Holdings Corp in the power producer.
- FleetPartners said it had received a takeover bid from Japan's ORIX alongside a sweetened offer from Pacific Equity Partners-backed SG Fleet, sending shares of the vehicle lease provider to an eight-year high.
- Joby Aviation said on Tuesday it would buy defense technology company Resonant Sciences for about $500 million, as it looks to scale its business in a growing defense market.
