Deckers Brands appointed The RealReal CEO Rati Sahi Levesque to its board, effective December 1, 2026. Lauri Shanahan will retire from the board, and Levesque will join the Audit & Risk Management Committee.

Deckers Brands appointed Rati Sahi Levesque to its board, effective December 1, 2026. Levesque is president and CEO of The RealReal, which she joined as its first employee in 2011.

2. Committee changes

Lauri Shanahan will retire from the board in connection with the appointment. Levesque will serve on the Audit & Risk Management Committee, while board member Patrick J. Grismer will join the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability & Governance Committee.
