Deckers Outdoor Q1 revenue comes in line with estimates after brand phase-out

Deckers raised its fiscal 2027 diluted EPS outlook to $7.35-$7.50.
The company maintained its fiscal 2027 net sales view at $5.86 billion to $5.91 billion.
Gross margin and operating margin are now expected to be slightly better than 56.5% and 21.5%, respectively.
Q1 results
Deckers Outdoor said fiscal first-quarter revenue rose 5.7%, meeting analyst expectations, as diluted EPS increased to $0.94 from $0.93.
The company also repurchased $338 million of shares in fiscal Q1.
Drivers of the quarter
Company said Q1 revenue growth was driven by continued strength and global demand for the HOKA and UGG brands, supported by product innovation.
Direct-to-consumer net sales rose 13%, outpacing wholesale growth.
Declines in other brands, wholesale and domestic channels included impacts from the phase-out of Koolaburra brand standalone operations.
