Sale of Covington medical office property

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 10,690-square-foot medical office property in Covington, Louisiana for USD 8.81 million.

The newly built cardiovascular surgery center was completed in 2025, priced at USD 824 per square foot, fully leased under a long-term triple-net structure.

Montecito Medical bought the asset from investor-physicians affiliated with the tenant, Cardiovascular Specialty Care Center.
