Deckers Brands delivered a Q3 earnings beat that drove a 13% stock surge and raised FY26 guidance on strong HOKA and UGG momentum. It launched the Speedgoat 7 trail shoe at a $165 MSRP featuring super-critical EVA foam, Vibram Megagrip outsole and integrated gaiter in a Run Wilder global campaign.

1. Surprise Earnings Blowout Sparks Repricing

Deckers Brands delivered a blockbuster quarterly report that sent analysts scrambling to revise earnings models. Revenues rose by 35% year-over-year, driven primarily by a 50% surge in HOKA footwear sales. Gross margin expanded by 320 basis points to 52.8%, reflecting disciplined cost controls and favorable product mix. Net income jumped 60%, outpacing consensus estimates by more than 20%. Institutional investors responded with upgrades from three major brokerages within 48 hours, as consensus EPS forecasts for fiscal 2026 increased by an average of 12%.

2. Q3 Beat and Raised Full-Year Guidance

In its Q3 release, Deckers again surprised on the upside, reporting comparable-store sales growth of 28% and e-commerce revenue growth of 42%. Management raised full-year revenue guidance by $200 million to a range of $3.4 billion–$3.45 billion, implying year-over-year growth of approximately 25%. Adjusted EBITDA is now expected to reach $780 million, up from prior guidance of $720 million. The board also approved a new $500 million share repurchase program, which will reduce share count by an estimated 4% over the next 12 months and boost per-share profitability.

3. HOKA Unveils Speedgoat 7 to Reinforce Trail Leadership

Deckers’ HOKA division launched the Speedgoat 7, its latest flagship trail running shoe, at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $165. The model features a super-critical foamed EVA midsole and Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5 mm lugs, targeting a projected 20% uplift in unit sales for HOKA’s trail category. Accompanying marketing initiatives include the Run Wilder campaign in Iceland and a global Vert Challenge aiming for 2,134 meters of vertical gain per participant. These activations are expected to drive additional brand engagement, particularly in Europe and Asia, where HOKA has set a goal of doubling market share by fiscal 2027.
