Decoy Therapeutics has entered a strategic collaboration with Quantori, backed by Google Cloud funding, to deploy a next-generation, cloud-native platform for AI-driven peptide design. The agreement aligns Quantori’s digital engineering expertise with Decoy’s IMP3ACT™ engine to accelerate design-build-test-learn cycles in antiviral development.

2. Cloud-Native AI Platform

The platform will run on Google Cloud Platform, integrating advanced protein folding models, diffusion-based conformational sampling, molecular dynamics simulations with GPU acceleration, and automated algorithm selection. Quantori’s containerized Q-Suite accelerators will streamline AI model deployment and high-performance computing workflows within a unified production-grade environment.

3. Discovery Acceleration Impact

By unifying these capabilities, Decoy expects a 25- to 100-fold increase in computational throughput, enabling rapid iteration on peptide candidates and faster transition to structural validation.
