2. Biopharma Leadership Background
Since 2025, Gauthier has served as Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Australia, Canada and the UK at Moderna, leading strategy, operations and a 500-member team. She previously built Moderna Canada from inception, delivered over 50 million COVID-19 vaccine doses and secured a landmark biomanufacturing partnership with the Government of Canada, and held senior leadership roles at GSK.
