Delcath Systems granted 34,000 restricted stock units to four new hires under its 2023 Inducement Plan.
The awards were issued on Sept. 1, 2026.
One-third vests on the first anniversary of the grant date; the remainder vests in equal annual installments over two years.
Vesting is contingent on continued employment on each vesting date.
