SAFX•DevvStream appointed Christopher Cooper CEO and Wray Thorn president and chief financial officer when its merger was completed on October 16, 2026. The company became wholly owned by XCF, and the prior board was replaced.

Upon completion of its merger on October 16, 2026, DevvStream appointed Christopher Cooper CEO and Wray Thorn president and chief financial officer. Cooper and Thorn replaced the entire prior board as directors as DevvStream became wholly owned by XCF. The departing directors resigned in connection with the transaction, not because of disagreements concerning operations, policies or practices.
