DHI Group Q2 net income swings to USD 2.6 million; revenue falls 2% to USD 31.3 million

DHI Group reaffirmed FY 2026 revenue guidance of $124 million-$128 million, and raised its Dice adjusted EBITDA margin outlook to 24% from 22%.

ClearanceJobs revenue rose 14% to $15.6 million, while Dice revenue fell 14% to $15.8 million.

DHI Group posted Q2 2026 revenue of $31.3 million, down 2% year over year.

Net income swung to $2.6 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, from a net loss a year earlier.

Adjusted EBITDA slipped 2% to $8.3 million, holding the adjusted EBITDA margin at 27%.
