DMAC•DiaMedica Therapeutics enrolled the 200th patient in its Phase 2/3 ReMEDy2 trial of DM199 for acute ischemic stroke. The milestone triggers a planned interim analysis, with results expected in the first quarter of 2027.
The 200th enrollment triggers a planned interim analysis of the ReMEDy2 trial. After participants complete 90-day follow-up, an independent safety board will assess whether to resize the trial or stop it for futility. Recruitment will continue during the review, and DiaMedica will remain blinded to interim data. If the trial continues, final enrollment will range from 300 to 728 participants.
