Each immersive Lids-branded shop will feature licensed headwear assortments, dedicated fixtures, and in-store product training to enhance fan merchandising and drive in-store traffic.

DICK'S Sporting Goods and Lids have launched a shop-in-shop concept that blends DICK'S national retail footprint with Lids’ licensed headwear expertise. The immersive spaces adopt Lids fixtures and branding to showcase an extensive team and lifestyle headwear assortment.
2. Expansion Plan
The initiative is currently live in 46 DICK'S stores and slated to roll out in over 100 locations by late summer 2026. Target markets span more than 20 states, from California and Texas to New York and Pennsylvania.
3. Operational Integration
