Diginex named Archana Kotecha interim CEO, extending her prior remit as chief impact officer driving group integration. The company appointed Johannes Weber VP of Sustainability Science and Intelligence.
2. New expertise unit
Diginex created a group-level subject matter expertise unit to embed scientific, regulatory and methodological input into product development and advisory delivery. Weber previously led sustainability solutions at Plan A, headed global sustainability at Bird Rides and spent nearly a decade at the OECD advising governments on green technology uptake.
