DGII•SmartSense adds two restaurant operations executives
Digi International’s SmartSense unit added Eric Phernambucq of Jack in the Box, Vice President of Operations Innovation, to its Board of Advisors.
Phernambucq has 25 years in the restaurant industry, focused on improving restaurant performance, productivity, and operational efficiency across national QSR brands.
SmartSense also appointed John Paul (JP) Thomas of honeygrow, Vice President of Operations Services, to the advisory board.
Thomas brings two decades in restaurant operations, food safety, field execution, overseeing operational standards, quality assurance, process improvement, and team development.
