Digital Brands Group announced it has received initial purchase orders tied to a U.S. program worth up to $125 million through its expanded collaboration with Global Combat Collective. The arrangement enables Digital Brands to supply apparel and soft goods across GCC’s digital platforms, events, hospitality activities and physical installations.
Shares of Digital Brands surged 37% in overnight trading and gained over 70% in the regular session, marking the company’s strongest one-day rally in more than a year. The market reacted to the tangible proof that previously announced partnerships are beginning to generate substantial business activity.
CEO Hil Davis indicated that the new orders will contribute additional sales above the company’s prior fiscal 2026 guidance of $55 million to $65 million in revenue and $2.5 million to $3.5 million in free cash flow. Management also projects revenue of $100 million to $115 million and free cash flow of $10 million to $12 million for July 2026–June 2027.
Alongside its apparel business, Digital Brands Group has partnered with SECUR3D Inc. to deploy artificial intelligence tools aimed at detecting counterfeit products, unauthorized content and intellectual property misuse across online marketplaces, enhancing its technology-driven offerings.
