Dime Commercial Q2 FY26 EPS rises 17% to $0.75; revenue climbs to $126 million

Dime Commercial Bancshares posted second-quarter net income available to common shareholders of $33 million, flat sequentially; diluted EPS held at $0.75.
Adjusted (non-GAAP) diluted EPS rose 17% year over year to $0.79 as net interest income climbed to $115.2 million.
Net interest margin widened 0.07 percentage point from the first quarter to 3.28% as quarterly revenue hit a record $126 million.
Balance sheet and capital position
Total deposits increased $937 million year over year to $12.68 billion; business loans grew $280.8 million from the first quarter to $3.65 billion.
The company plans to resume share repurchases in the third quarter, citing a strong capital position; Tier 1 common equity ratio rose to 11.99%.
